1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BrickCabinet, a web application operated by DMC srl, Rue Tavienne 128, 5620 Morville, Belgium (VAT: BE 0812.398.655).

By creating an account or using BrickCabinet, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

BrickCabinet is a web application for managing brick set collections. It allows you to catalog sets you own, maintain a wishlist, and (for VIP users) receive price drop alerts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use BrickCabinet, in accordance with Belgian implementation of the GDPR.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from BrickCabinet
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. VIP Access

VIP features (including price drop alerts) are granted at DMC srl’s sole discretion. VIP access may be revoked at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The BrickCabinet application, design, and code are owned by DMC srl
  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into BrickCabinet (collection data, notes, etc.)
  • You grant DMC srl a license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service

8. Price Data Disclaimer

Price information displayed in BrickCabinet is collected from third-party sources and provided for informational purposes only. DMC srl makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. You should verify prices independently before making purchasing decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

BrickCabinet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, DMC srl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • DMC srl may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dinant, Belgium.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of BrickCabinet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Trademark Notice

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies. BrickCabinet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Set numbers, names, and images are used for identification purposes only.
